Privacy

This page is short because there is almost nothing to say: the site asks you for nothing and does not follow you.

No account, no cookies, no advertising

Hoptrove has no sign-up and no forms. The site sets no cookies, uses no advertising trackers, and does not profile you. You can browse the whole catalogue, search it and filter it without having to accept anything.

That is why you will never see a consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

Audience measurement, without cookies

We need to know whether the site is being read, and which pages are. For that, Hoptrove uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and visits without setting a cookie and without creating an identifier that could follow you from one visit to the next, or from one site to another.

The measurement script and the data it sends both go through our own domain: your browser contacts no third-party server while you are here. The data is processed by Vercel Inc., our host, whose policy is published at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. The lawful basis is legitimate interest: measuring a site's audience without identifying its readers.

Fonts and logos are served from this site

Typefaces are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own domain, so your browser contacts no Google server while you read. The logos of the services we list are hosted here in the same way.

What the host sees

Like any website, Hoptrove is served by a host that logs requests technically: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. Those logs are necessary to run the service and keep it secure — they are what makes a failure or an abuse visible. The lawful basis is legitimate interest.

The host is Vercel Inc., established in the United States. How it processes that data, and for how long it keeps it, is described in its own policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

When you write to us

If you send a message to contact@hoptrove.com, your address and the contents of your message arrive in a mailbox hosted by Namecheap, Inc., established in the United States, as part of its Private Email service. They are used only to reply to you and to correct the site where needed. They are kept as long as your request takes to handle, then deleted. They are never sold, passed on, or used to send you anything you did not ask for.

When you leave the site

The “Go to the offer” button opens the publisher's own site. From that moment its privacy policy applies, not ours. Hoptrove passes it no data about you, and is told neither that you visited nor whether you signed up.

Which law applies

Hoptrove is published from France. European data protection law — the GDPR — therefore applies to this site wherever you read it from, including the United States. It gives you more rights than most national frameworks, and we apply it to every reader without distinction.

The California Consumer Privacy Act does not apply to us: Hoptrovemeets none of its thresholds, sells no personal information, and shares none for cross-context advertising.

Data controller

The publisher of Hoptrove, reachable at contact@hoptrove.com. The legal notice sets out the regime the site is published under and the identity of its host.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. In practice this can only cover a message you sent us, since that is the only data we hold. Write to contact@hoptrove.com and you will have an answer within one month.

If that answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 https://www.cnil.fr. As a reader outside the European Union you may also complain to your own national authority.

If this changes

The day the site adds a user account, an affiliate link or a new tool, this page will be updated before the change goes live, not after. That is what was done on 23 August 2026 for the audience measurement described above: the text and the code shipped together.

The date this page was last updated is shown at the top.
